Buddy didn't hesitate to go into the facility.  He went willingly when someone came and took his leash to take him to his kennel.  When I returned a week later he was glad to see me but seemed very comfortable where he was and probably would have stayed if I had told him to.  I would not hesitate to call on Paw Pleasers again should the need arise.

It went well. The cats were well cared for, the facility is very clean inside and out (no bad smells). The cats didn't seem to be too traumatized by the experience.They had never been boarded before so that was hard to judge.
It is a little pricey if you're boarding several animals and would have been nice to have had some sort of a discount for multiple animals but I understand there is a cost of doing business.
I would certainly use them again.

My dog loves Paw Pleasers! He stays there as often as possible. He goes to day care there when needed as well. They are a little out of my way but are well worth it.

It sometime hard to get space there as they seem to be full when I call for a reservation

Very friendly people, punctual, efficient. This place is very clean and the animals are well cared for.

We also have used Paw Pleasers for boarding and grooming. Again, wonderful, friendly and professional service. Can't be beat!

My 2 large 13 year old dogs have stayed the weekend at Paw Pleasers several times. Before choosing a kennel, I always ask a lot of questions about how they will be treated, but mostly I judge a boarding facility by the condition my dogs are in when we return. When we pick them up from Paw Pleasers, they do not have any fleas, they smell exactly as they did when they were dropped off, and they are not exhausted or overly excited to see us. This tells me that they have been taken care of just like at home. We have had the opposite experience at another facility to compare to. Paw Pleasers never has any problem with our somewhat complicated and detailed feeding instructions. I appreciate that they work with us and our vet, who says that the dogs are too old to need any vaccinations other than Bordatella and Rabies. Also, it is a huge plus that they let them out many times a day for exercise. Other kennels in this area charge extra to let your dog out of their cage! They have indoor/outdoor runs that are closed off if it is too hot or too cold. They also have Kuranda type elevated pet beds to keep them off the concrete floor. Both of these things are important to us since our dogs have arthritis. Our experience has been that they are professional and consistently pet approved.
