 + 0 moreIt went well. At first I did not ask them to download everything & they just put all info on disks. I was unable to move data, etc, so after hours they moved all of my data as described above.
Description of Work: Bought a new flat screen & a used HP tower from them. They moved all of my files & downloaded all my programs to the new hard drive, then explained & showed me in detail where everything was on my computer.
