A-Z Estate Downsizing LLC

After I made contact Cathy was prompt at coming to my home to assess the items.  I was on a time schedule to get the items out and she was able to accommodate my schedule and was also able to accommodate the contract signing in a limited time frame by  the estate's executor who lived out of state  I packed smaller items into boxes myself ahead of time.  On the scheduled day the it was  raining so they could not do the move but did schedule it for the following day.  On that day they were late but when I called found out that their rental truck had broken down and they had to get another one.  Once they arrived they handled the loading and moving as expected.  They did have to make 2 trips as the items did not all fit into one load but they returned and even though it was getting late in the day they stayed to finish the job.  I cannot comment on the promptness of receiving my money from the sale as it was explained to me that the items would be put in storage as there were other estates to be sold before mine and as it has only been 6 weeks since the items were removed from the home it is too soon to expect the payment.  My main concern was getting the unwanted items out of the house before the scheduled closing and they worked with me to accomplish that.  The glitches with the weather and the truck were a bit discouraging but not in their control.
