During our search to find a home in Powder Horn Mountain, we went out with a Realtor to look at a properties that we were interested in purchasing. We came across some paperwork at the home next to the one we ultimately purchased and were concerned about some encroachments on to our property. We waited several week and did extensive research on the Internet before deciding to purchase the property. Concerned about the easements, we contacted Delaine Parker, the listing Real Estate Agent, to see if she knew anything about these easements. She was extremely helpful in both finding out what the easements entailed but also gave us other information about the house that was very helpful in our decision to purchase. We were very impressed with Delaine and debated whether or not to use her as a dual agentt. It was a very difficult decision to make, but we decided to obtain another Realtor to represent us. Delaine was very understanding in our decision to not use a dual agent. Throughout the negotiations, Delaine was very quick to get the requested information our Realtor needed, and was in constant contact with the owner of the home who was out of state. She also very efficiently took care of the loose ends prior to the closing. The whole process went very well and everything worked out for the best. I would certainly recommend Delaine for anyone looking for property or a home in Powder Horn Mountain and the surrounding area. Even our agent was very impressed with her professionalism.
