First they said they would need to come back to sand the doors, then they said they said they can paint them without sanding. My kitchen, sun-room, bookcase is covered in a thick layer of something, and they said they would send someone to clean up and they haven't done that as well. They were suppose to come on Sunday, and they didn't show up. The french doors they took out, and they took the key. I feel like I have no protection for my house. So I will need to replace all my locks again. We received no guarantee on the roof, and no warranty papers. They installed the incorrect roof, and failed to put up rain reflectors at the doorway like they said they would.

Contractor was very professional and punctual at the beginning.
Contractor fixed damaged/missing fencing.
In the process of fixing the roof trusses, workers cracked undamaged areas in the interior ceilings. Contractor stated he would fix. Contractor stated he checked the site every night. One night, workers left a roof peak open and uncovered. Contractor became hard to get a hold of. At one point, the roof workers were asking if I had heard from him because they could not get a hold of him. After roof was completed, I requested contractor check work and contractor found a truss that had been cracked so workers had to reopen the roof to fix the truss.
After roof was finished, contractor brought in guys to fix the interior ceilings. Contractor stated he would not have people in the house without supervising them. The ceiling guys required more materials so contractor left them unsupervised. They began work and then contractor informed the repairs would cost more. When ceiling guys were almost done, contractor stated that painting would be more extensive and cost more as well. There was a lack of communication as to what day and time workers would need access inside the house. Ceiling guys had to fix ceilings because of sagging and cracks in the mud. Contractor stated the sagging was a problem with their work then told the ceiling guys everything looked fine and was just telling them the homeowners concerns. The ceiling guys left clumps of mud all over everything, including furniture that had been covered. Contractor also charged to fix the ceiling and paint the room his workers had damaged doing the trusses.
The workers that did the siding did a great job.
Contractor stated he would pressure wash at no charge and did not.
Contractor took out insulation in attic and left it that way for 3 days.
I requested the mold killing spray be applied because of water damage, he applied it no charge but did not say anything about ventilating house or staying away.
Contractor repaired gutters.
Contractor sanded walls and painted interior. After drying, all walls were very bumpy. Contractor brought in workers to resand and repaint. The workers stated he did not sand walls properly. They repainted and did a great job but contractor left while they painted leaving them unsupervised for majority of the time.
Contractor told me work would be done by a certain date 5 different times then contractor would not show when he said he would and became hard to get a hold of. There were 3 different instances where contractor did not show when he stated and did not communicate with me for at least 2 days, he would not answer my calls and would not return my messages.
Contractor stated we would do a final walk around at the end of the job to make sure there were no other concerns and he did not.
I requested a final detailed invoice for the insurance company. At first, contractor said no problem, then stated he would not provide one. Insurance company tried to contact contractor on several occasions and stated he was hard to talk to and would not cooperate.
After work was completed, I was trying to figure out what inspections were needed from city permit office and engineer. I called contractor and asked and contractor became irate and argumentative and told me I had numbers to both and could figure it out myself.
Any time I called contractor and stated a partial payment could be made he was very quick to return my call and was very punctual when picking up a check.
