We were contacted by Williams Plumbing via our home warranty. The gentleman arrived a couple of days after our request. He arrived in a timely manner despite there being a winter storm in effect. That says a lot about dedication to the customer. He unclogged our drain and was in and out in about 20-25 minutes. He explained what he did and the reason why our store-bought drain cleaners didn't work. In addition, I would like to say kudos to the gentleman who respected our "no shoes in the house" rule. He was so respectful about it and even took his shoes off (we have shoe covers as well). That means a lot especially since it is a part of my culture (take your shoes off before entering a home). We were very impressed and highly recommend Williams Plumbing Services!

Small business that was not far from my home so I called the number. A gentlemen answered, I asked if t was Williams Plumbing because the man just said hello. I got nothing but terse responses in a negative tone as if I was interrupting him - not the tone to use for a new customer asking for work. After a couple minutes of the phone I decided to hang up and take my business somewhere else. First impressions matter to me and I was pretty livid when I got off the phone.

Mr. Williams arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. Did an excellant job with little mess. Cleaned up when he was done and thanked me for the business.

I put in a call to my home warranty company late Thursday night (Old Home Warranty). By 07:55 the next morning, Robert called me to set up a time that fit with my schedule. He was willing to come after my work hours, late Friday evening. He was on time, figured out the problem immediately, and got to work. He was very efficient, had all supplies and parts in his truck. He was patient with my questions, showed me the corroded parts, and explained what was wrong. He had helpful information about flushing the water heater annually to extend the life of the elements, the advantages/ disadvantages of wrapping the tank, the different types of water tanks, etc. He definitely knew his business well. I will use him again once my home warranty runs out.
