I had gone in the store to review my current billing status. I had wanted to trade up on the newer model of the smartphone that I had. I knew I had several months left on my current contract. Although I waited a while for my service, the person who serves me was polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have never honestly had a bad experience in this store. To make a long story short he was able to get me a completely new phone with a new service and contract that was less expensive than my previous one. I am again totally satisfied with my experience with this company. In addition Verizon Wireless covers more areas than my previous contract with AT&T.

Internet Service
The air card gives me my service. It's through satellite and it's a thing that I plug into my computer so I can get internet. I like it because it gives me internet, I couldn't get it anywhere else. It has been excellent! I don't have to contact them. I just bought my air card and I got it running ever since. I haven't needed anything from them. I pay my bills and I have internet. I have no choice, I can't get anything else. I cannot get internet service except the way I'm getting it.

They are the only company where I get good reception. The plan that I have from back then is what I still use up to now and it's a great plan.

I love Verizon and have been using them for many years. I get coverage in all kinds of places and I had an Ipad with ATand T, but I don't have coverage everywhere with them. My whole family and I have Verizon and I like that because, I can call and talk as much as I want. I have never really had any of the other service providers. I might have them change a few things, but I just like them. I have not had a problem with them. I will continue to use them in the future.
