Did a terrible job installing the plumbing for our upstairs bathtub. Installed an obviously defective bathtub (not their fault it was defective but they should have requested a new one) and cracked the pipe by overtightening the drain. They tried to cover up this problem with extra caulk and left it for us the homeowner to deal with. Later the cracked drain pipe leaked and caused a crack in our ceiling downstairs over time.  Vance Johnson was supposed to come fix this mess but cancelled minutes before they were due to arrive.  They refused to fix the issue because we were out of warranty even though it was entirely their fault that we had this leak and they knowingly did shoddy work.

They did the service as part of the contract for my new home and I didn't have to pay anything. I liked his professionalism and timeliness. He paid attention to detail. He was an older gentleman and he went up on my roof and I did not expect him to do that. He did a thorough job. There is a vent that goes to my upstairs bathroom and it has a seal around it. He asked if he could step down the vent and check because it was leaking all the way through the house down to the bathroom. He wanted to make sure that it wasn't the plumbing and he went up and found out that the roofing guys had messed up something on the top of the house. It was a thorough service.

They were terrible. I had to call them back over and over again to fix something. I spent about $900 for their service. It was crazy. They were really bad and I wouldn’t hire them again. I would want to warn other people to not use them.
