They got more than half upfront. The floors aren't doing what they are supposed to be doing. We are on our third coat of Polyurethane. The store won't return my calls. They are currently doing it. The guy that is doing it, is doing a good job. My biggest complaint is, they don't show up until noon and stay until 8 o'clock at night. I had to dismiss one of the crew out of my house for being disrespectful. I wanted him to use a water base, and he is using an oil base, so my floors are orange again. I want to dismiss everyone and just bring someone else in. I wanted a new shammy and he didn't want to use it. I am going to have to strip the floors again. This is turning into a nightmare. The guy that's doing the work is a descent guy, and does descent work.

They call and were there ahead of time.  William and Carlos did a great job.  They kept me updated as to everything they were doing and assured me they will be out as quickly as possible.  After the work USA called and wanted to know was I satisfied.  Very Much so.

Lori, our sales person at USA Flooring was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable.   She kept us updated as to when the carpet would arrive to the Fayetteville store and the day/time that the carpet would be installed.  The installers (a local installer contracted by USA Flooring) were on time, professional, and did a great job with the installation.  I recommend USA Flooring.

We needed to have old flooring pulled up and new flooring installed on the stairs and in two bedrooms in a rental property. Lori Albertson was the representative at USA Flooring's Fayetteville location who worked with us on this project, and she was extremely helpful through the whole process. As we did not live in the area at that time, Lori sent us prices and photos of flooring samples to choose from based on our budget and preferences we gave to her over the phone and through email. She arranged for the installer to come out to the property and complete the project and then followed up with us afterwards. Her help was invaluable as it would have cost us so much more in travel expenses to have come out and arranged the project and overseen it ourselves. When we were able to return to Fayetteville and see the flooring, we had one minor issue with the molding installation. When I contacted Lori about this, she immediately offered to make arrangements for the installers to come out and fix it to our liking. We have purchased flooring from this company twice before and another time since the installation in January, partially because of the flooring selection and prices, but more importantly because of the great customer service.

I needed to replace a floor that had been damaged by a tenant. I went to the USA Flooring location in Fayetteville toward the end of July 2014, where both Lori and Lorenzo were very helpful as I considered what flooring to buy. I needed and appreciated their advice on the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of flooring, and on what flooring would look best next to another kind I had in another room.
I purchased new laminate floor at USA Flooring, but because of my schedule, I needed to get it installed fast, so I had the initial installation done by another company that had the capacity to do it the next day. The day after the floor was initially installed by the other company, I found many boards were not laying flat next to each other all over the floor (could not see this at first look due to the pattern, but felt it when I was running my hand across the floor). So I called Lori at USA Flooring the next week, and she came out and looked at the floor and arranged for an installer to come out and assess the problem as well - the USA Flooring installer removed some of the floor and found many boards with tongues that had been broken due to the initial improper installation, which is why they were not laying flat next to each other. Lori gave me a fair quote to remove and relay the floor as well as replace the broken boards (replaced about 30 boards), and the floor lays flat now.
