This was a good experience. We visited the showroom. Described our needs. Mike and Jerry were very responsive and guided us through the choices and advantages/disadvantages of each choice. Jerry came out to the house to do the measurement. They provided an estimate within a couple days. i felt confident from speaking to these folks that they could do the work. We accepted the offer and soon set an install date that worked for everyone. Once the materials were ordered and received we set an installation date of 2 days with an agreement to finish over the weekend if necessary. They showed up promptly on the installation date and were able to complete the installation of laminate flooring in the basement and carpet on the stairs in one day working through the day. This was great since they have to setup outdoors and rain was expected the next day. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory and assured us if their were an issues they would resolve immediately. So far no issues. I am happy with the results. No surprises and maybe as important  as a consumer, the staff was extremely courteous and professional. I will go back to them for any additional flooring work.

The salesman sat on my couch and told my wife and I that the job was easy and that it would be done in one day. He scheduled us for August 2nd, the job wasn't finished until the 29th (and in my opinion still wasn't complete). The first day that the installers came (who are sub-contracted)  the floors that we picked out weren't fitting together properly and after them ripping up my floors and trying all day to install the new ones, they finally told us that there must be something wrong with this particular lot of this particular floor and that we are going to have to go to the store and pick out a new floor. When we got to the store the salesman had samples of the floors that he had in stock, he said that he had enough in the back to do our house so we picked out a new floor. The next day when the installers came they didn't have enough floor to finish. We had to wait a week for the rest of the floor to get to USA Flooring from the manufacture even though USA Flooring's web site says that they will do over night shipping to get a job done. Once we finally got the rest of the floor installed they finally noticed that they had the wrong transition piece for the floor going into my kitchen, that took another 2 weeks to get. All along there was some confusion on what to do with the step down transition from my foyer which at one point they tried to fill a gap with wood glue like we wouldn't notice. The whole time all of this was going on we had no contact with the salesman that sat on our couch. At one point I was so frustrated that I finally called to talk to the boss, he gave me a sob story about how he doesn't like to order from the company that our floors came from, like that was some how not his problem and was mine to deal with as well. All in all, I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are anything but professional.

I did not pay them for labor and they tried taking me to court for full payment of the installation. The judge threw the case out. The salesman would tell me that the tile would be in the next day and they'd have someone out to install. This went on from April to August.

USA Flooring refinished the hardwood floors. They were really punctual. They did not stop until they were done. They were here at 7:45 and finished at 8 o'clock that night. They did not stop for smoke breaks or lunch. They worked the entire 12 hours.

The ceramic tile in two full bathrooms took until mid April 2012 to complete due to numerous issues in quality of work performed by different sub-contractors, who turned out to be unprofessional jack legs, supplied by manager of business. In all fairness to USA Flooring, owner made numerous attempts to correct all the discrepancies in workmanship at an additional out of pocket cost. However, the finished product is not the quality we expected or paid for. The epoxy grout in master bathroom has different shades of color, ends that do not come together evenly around bathtub and showers, and tile that is not level in areas. Some areas of bull nose around shower where excess grout was used remain and will now have to be scraped and cleaned by homeowner.
