They had individuals who were good and others who were not. It was split down the middle. I rented it from an actual U-Haul location, and when I returned it to two other separate locations it was their secondary businesses; not a primary businesses at all. Everything was fine with the equipment itself and I had no issues with them. I had a flat tire on a trailer and used their emergency hotline and they were on top of it because they used local vendors to come out and do the repairs along the routes where you're going. And the customer service, when I called them, was great and they made it very easy and the local vendor they sent out was great; it was awesome. He was there prior to the time he said it was going to take and got it fixed so I was on the road again within 45 minutes; so that was good.

We found them a lot more useful as they use multiple-sized boxes for moving, and it was cheaper to use them than Pods. We could mark the boxes and have certain ones shipped to us at a time and also keep the other ones in storage. They were very friendly. We had no issues whatsoever with them.
