The service was good, they did a good job. Two guys came out and it took about an hour to complete the job. I would say they were prompt and did a good job. They cleaned up very good. They replaced everything back to how it was.

I always look up stuff and decide on whether to buy them or support a business based on their reviews and I NEVER write my own review so this is a first.
First I was simply amazed at how fast I got a response when I submitted for a quote to come out to do the service. I think I got called back in maybe no more than 15 minutes after I hit the online submit button and when I did it it was almost 8pm on a Friday. The operator told me their Sales rep will contact me no later than Monday or Tuesday to come out. Jeff called me Tuesday around noon and luckily he was able to see me later that day around 4pm. Probably the best salesman I ever dealt with. He answered every question I had, gave me different options and I almost had a heart attack at how much money I was not going to have to spend based on much I assumed it was going to cost. A few days later I got a call back to get scheduled for the service (a friday morning between 8am and Noon) and the night prior Jeff called back again to make sure I got called to verify the guys were coming to do the job. My doorbell rang at 8:15am and they were done before 8:50am. The guys that came were very professional and obviously very good and efficient at what they do.
If anybody needs more insulation added to their home and they decide to use blow-in insulation DO NOT HESITATE to give these guys a call.
