Donna Lloyd was very knowledgeable regarding Fayetteville neighborhoods and did not waste my time showing me homes in neighborhoods that would not have appealed to me.  After deciding on a home, the negotiation process went on for a few days before an agreement was reached.  I would have liked her to negotiate more aggressively for me than was the case,  but she presented to the seller's agent as directed, and eventually a contract was signed.  The rest of the process (closing) went smoothly as facilitated by Donna, and I appreciated her recommendations for the attorney, mortgage broker, and homeowners insurance agent.  I would recommend her to others, particularly as a seller's agent.

I called Nancy based upon a previous review and that she was a military spouse. As an Active Duty member, I like that people I work with can relate to my experiences. Nancy assisted with home searches though the places I looked at were not Townsend properties. Once I narrowed it down, and got a lender, she was on top of everything and made sure to remind of details I needed to know. I felt like she was my guide and advocate and I really appreciated that, as it is a Huge responsibility to buy a home after 20 years of military quarters and rentals. Having someone you can trust is huge no matter what the business they are in. It was smooth the whole way through. I'm moving in today!
