Very upfront and honest. Bends over backwards to help the homeowner find a good quality tenant. Very active and does not sugar coat negatives for the homeowner. Extremely knowledgable. Reasonable fee.

I've been working with him since 2008. He provides outstanding rental property management that is too often lacking in the Fayetteville area. He understands how to put the right person in your house the first time, providing rental income without incurring poor rental performance or negative care of the property. He always provides honest analysis of the rental situation, as well as the expected costs when dealing with property owners. Too many property managers in this area simply want to collect a quick check to the long-term detriment of the property and future owner costs. Tom is an experienced professional with an eye for the right renter, pro-active property maintenance, and professional service. I would trust him again with my property or rental services in the future.
