They initially put in March of last year when our home was built. They had to come back out numerous times. The carpet had split seam. They were extremely rude about the day because they have to come back out to fix it, and then it didn't work. So, they had end up replacing the carpet which was air fault due to pests through the weather because there were no wet spots in the areas where the carpet could split or anything and then the floor and the ceramic tile was already cracking because it wasn't laid evenly. The hardwood floors are separated from the frame of the house.
They are okay at first, and then when you're trying to get them to fix their problems, they don't contact you back. They make you wait. They are just crazy.
