For the offering which I was able to watch and see for myself, and a first time visit, it seemed a little pricey, yet I'll determine going forward what my further needs are. Recover floor of crawl-space and add dehumidifier. Included an electrician for the dehumidifier. Bug man sprayed for pests. Everything went well, as expected.
