The home inspection went very well. I was informed of the process and all my questions were answered. After work was done, they did a follow up call which was very nice. Follow up inspection was done today, approximately one month later with Jennifer. Very pleasant!

We would use them in the future. The price was average. They charge $80 quarterly. The service would be good if they could get rid of all the bugs that we have. I live in a heavily wooded area, and we can't really do anything about some of the insects.

We saw some room for improvement in regard to timeliness because they weren?t able to meet our scheduling needs.

On July 31 Terminix came to my house to encapsulate my crawl space.  The technician was professional and polite.  He was neat, thorough, and worked very efficiently.  Chris Colantuono, the termite manager, was also on site to help the technician install the plastic barrier in order to encapsulate the crawl space.  He too was professional and polite.  I asked Chris whether or not my crawl space needed new insulation and he told me that the current insulation meets code and did not need replacing.  I appreciate that kind of honesty.  Chris and the technician were done in a little less than three hours.  That same day an AC technician from Bell Cow Heating and Air came to my house to install a Reme Halo air purifier.  The technician Donald Kinlaw did excellent work installing the air purifier. 
I am asthmatic and as it turns out the ionic air purifier actually causes my asthma to act up.  I called Dustin, the sales manager for area code 28304, to explain the issue with the air purifier.  I told Dustin that I would like to return the air purifier.  He told me he would get in touch with his boss to see what Terminix could do to resolve the issue.  My mind was already made up that I was not going to use the air purifier for fear that it would make my asthma worse.  Today, August 3, Terminix sent out the Bell Cow technician to my house to see what I wanted to do about the air purifier.  I was given the choice to lower the intensity of the purifier or have it completely removed.  I had the purifier removed.  Dustin told me that Terminix would credit my account for the amount I spent on the air purifier.  I felt that was very fair to me as a customer because I do realize a loss is incurred by the company for taking back a used product.  I am grateful.
Dustin came by my house this evening to discuss other services that I wanted to purchase since I had credit on my account.  I was not pressured or encouraged to get other services just because  Terminix credited my account for the air purifier.  This was voluntary on my account.  I discussed with Dustin whats most important to me:  my crawl space and my attic.  I was given a number of options and their costs.  There was no pressure to purchase any particular item or service.  I settled on an air inducer for my crawl space, benefect spray for the crawl space, and insulation in my attic.  Dustin has been servicing my house for a good number of years.  Hes never been pushy about getting new services.  I do feel he is honest with customers.  The new services will be performed on my house Friday August 7.  I will do a follow up review for those.

They are fast, they answer, they get out there, and their price is comparable to everybody else. They have a good warranty program. If you have problems, you call them back, and during that service period, they will come and spray again without extra charge. The guy that came out was very good.

Terminix's set me up with a contract  for termites, and It went well the technician was very professional his name was  Anthony. Took time to explain was he was doing and why and how the process of the termite baits work, knowledgeable young man.

I spent about $125 for each of their quarterly visit. They'll come out the first time and if work needs to be done you have to be there and then they just come when you're not here to do the contracted service. But I've had to call them out between quarters because there are still bugs.

They come out every three month and it costs me 90$ every three month. They are an established company and let me pay on line and they are pretty  friendly and when you have a problem they come back out and re do it, they let you know when they are coming.

I am very happy with them. They would call and say that they would be here on time and make sure that my dogs are in the house. I was down at the beach and I got there at the same time that they were very much scheduled. They came in and were doing everything. So they do what they say they are going to do. I did follow up to see and they were there on time when they said they would be. I inherited the house so I inherited the contract. I thing I could find someone cheaper but I haven’t had any problems. I have a couple of things that I had to worry about.

I have only met them over the phone, we set up a contract and they did what they did.  They call ahead and tell me when they would be there.  Nobody has to be there because it is all outdoor work that they do.  I pulled up in the house when they were working and they were very thorough.  They told me about activity, what they saw and what they did and if there is damage they would say so.  They call and say they want all dogs to be tied up and that no one needs to be on premises because it is outdoors.  They know what they are doing and when they have been there, I know because they leave a sticker with the date.
