I had my screen in porch repair from a tornado. The contractor replace 5 panels of screen which has come out at least 4 times, if not more. He'll come back just to push the rubbering back into the slots. I've done that on several occassions after a thunder storm or winds. He replaced it with thicker rubber, still no different. He claims he can't find the type of rubber that was originally used.which is flat, and now talking about gluing the rubber back in. I am not pleased witn that, sounds like more trouble if it gets punctured or torned again. He knew before he started what type rubber it was because he pulled some out and cut it to take with him. My husband is on disability and we live on one income and I can't afford to have someone else come out to fix it and this man has already been paid.
