They're doing a lot better. I had not have to replace my trash can. Before, I kept on replacing it. They slammed my trash can down so hard that it broke the bottom repeatedly. I made sure that I let them know that I wasn't happy. The price is fair. They're wonderful.

We use them in our neighborhood, and they do fine. They haven't missed any regular trash days. Their yard and recycling requires a phone-ahead the day prior. This would be fine, except it is sometimes painfully hard to reach anyone at their main phone line.

We moved back into our house about seven months ago and began our trash pick up with southview sanitation. Three months later the trash can was missing wheels and a few weeks later the trash can was split. I called and complained and the service seemed to get better. We bought another trash can and I watched the trash man drag my half full medium trash can on the side without the wheels empty it and slam it down on one wheel! I report it again. Now today the same thing happens and I'm right behind them pulling into my driveway and I ask the guy what's the problem with the can because it's not heavy enough to be slammed around like that. he says whatever lady back the eff off! I immediately called in to report him. I'm changing services.

The rates are very reasonable. They do a good job. They are prompt. Sometimes there is supposed to be a limit to the amount you put out there but I never had any problem even if I put out more than they say. In my opinion, they go above and beyond than what they have to. I pay $16.50 a month. I started with $16. They did increase their rate only one time. Considering the six years, I think that is fair. Other companies would charge more than that.
