I had a great experience with this company. I've had them for the past two flooring projects that I had. They always do good work, and they have really good customer service. I would recommend this company.

Chad has been working with us for the past two flooring projects. Chad has been great, goes out of his way, came over to make sure the installers were doing exactly what they were supposed to. I would recommend him.

It took a long time to get them out there. There was a lot of confusion about the type of carpet. Confusion only in that I just couldn't quite get him to get me a sample. So it was a frustrating experience but it eventually got done. I think they had a remnant, some left over so I think they put in whatever extra was there at not cost which is nice of them. I haven't actually seen it. I am in another state. When they said that they would do it, they did it.

Disappointed with the whole process! I had to call several times, I felt as though I was chasing them around to get the job done. I was forgotten about and never put on the schedule. I had to correct the salesman several times and remind him what he told me regarding pricing, scheduling, materials, etc. The tile work was just ok, several spots we were unhappy with because the tile was not cut straight or had chipped edges. It looks ok if you don't look close up and see all the imperfections! Overall disappointed and would not hire them again.

They give us good service. They did a good job. We went through them to get the tile job done. Everything was fine. They were very nice helping us pick out everything. The price was reasonable. The guys showed up when they were suppose to. They came out a day later and finished the job up. Everything was good when they left.

I know Southern Carpets & Interiors is a higher end store and I didn't need a higher end padding which is why I went to another store, but after I left the other store in tears I went back to them and he sold me the padding and it ended up being cheaper than the other place.

They have gone above and beyond. I have already bought $1500 worth of tile and they told me upfront that it is large porcelain tile that once I buy it it is not returnable. I am doing the tile myself and as I started to do the layout I realized that the tile I purchased were 2 different sizes and they were not collaborating with each other. The 10x20 is actually not exactly half of the 20x20 tile. It should be, but it is not. When I laid it out the grout lines would not line up evenly. There is nothing wrong with the tiles, but because they are not collaborating we can not do the layout we want to do. I called the place up and they immediately got a hold of the company that manufactures the tile and they are taking back the whole batch of tiles and are ordering a new batch of tiles specifically for our room. The tile is being remade specifically for our collaboration. I mean you can't get better than that. 

The people are very professional, friendly, and willing to help. The guy who was selling me my tile actually called the company who makes the thinset to make sure I bought the right type of thinset for my tiles. He didn't just go off my knowledge and his knowledge of what we thought was right he confirmed the knowledge with the company who makes the product. I thought that was pretty impressive too. 

It is located on the road with all the other tile stores. I want to say they have average prices. Their price was at the high end of our budget, but was far less than another store we went into. It is hard to compare prices because we went with a higher end product, but I think when we do an area where we are going to use a cheaper tile I see us going back to this store just because of their customer service.
