I own a home in Fayetteville, NC. I have not lived in the home since March of 2014. The house has been managed by Soldiers First Real Estate since that time. The house has been occupied everyday since my departure. I receive payment in a timely manner every month. I am currently on my second tenant and I have not had any issues with the property manager so far. There has been times when the house or the tenant have had  issues and the property manager has taken care of it without my involvement. (Paying for the contractors and deducting it from my next month's rent payment). Invoices are provided monthly along with a direct deposit into my bank account.  Soldiers First Real Estate charges 10% of my rent to manage my home. I am glad to pay that  considering that my home has never set idle. The current the lease agreement signed by my tenants was a two year agreement which makes me very happy. The people who work at Soldiers First Real Estate have been extremely professional, but more importantly very easy to talk to and quick to respond to any inquiries. I will definitely keep using them and would recommend to others.
