They wanted half of the money down before they completed the shed and the rest after it was completed. He ended up asking me to pay him the second half the day before the shed was supposed to be finished. He said he needed to pay his workers. I gave it to him and he never showed back up. The shed that I bought was a Lowe's put-together shed. They didn't do the roof right and they cut some of the boards that were already the right size and didn't need to be cut. All that needed to be done was for the shed to be put together. Everything was pre-cut and they still messed it up. On top of that they left a mess in my yard and didn't clean anything up. I called the owner himself and told him that it's been raining and not to drive on the back of the lawn. They could have walked back there but they still drove on it and tore up my lawn.
