He gave an accurate estimate, showed up on time and got the the job done quickly. The cost was low enough that at first I was afraid he would make up for it by tacking on other costs by the end of the job. He didn't.
I was most impressed by his methodical approach to determining the cause of the slow drains. I had been calling a plumber about every 6 months to unclog the drains. Each time they would do a quick fix using the rotorooter, charging a hefty price each time. Colin was the first one who actually went under the house and found a severely eroded pipe that was leaking. He also gave me great tips that will help prevent drain clogging in the future.
I will not hesitate to use Colin in the future and happily recommend him to friends and family.

My experience went very well. He came on the weekend and still charged the week day rate. The pricing was very reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would highly recommend this company to others.
