"house is not at listed address...We did a total re-deck and re-shingle,and resided one wall over lower roof. I originally contracted through her son,who in turn warned me his mother had hyper tension and other medical issues and to please have patience with her. To which I did my utmost best. There was no permit issue..I got one and posted on door! As far as permit for the water heater vent,I wasn't aware at time Cumberland County required one for it..I went and got it when made aware. As far as seeing "light" from inside of water heater shed, it came from the vent ridge, and I made it so no light was visable. Every time customer called with an issue or question I went to house asap> I deeply regret if she felt I gave her attitude of any kind"
