PRESTIGE 1.89 CLEANERS

The cleaning was horrible. My black suit now looks dark blue because it lost so much color. The pants also had a white trim on the inside waistband and it's completely dark grey from the color leakage. Also, I picked up the outfit on the way to a job interview and the 2nd button on the blouse was broken off, with only a stub remaining! Not only did they not give me a heads up that it had broken (and was clearly visible looking at the shirt), but when I called to complain they stated that they weren't responsible for color loss OR buttons! So what are you supposed to do? Cut off all of the buttons before you go so they won't break??? I spent 15 mins in a gas station parking lot after buying a travel sew kit and cutting off the button on the bottom of the shirt and sewing it on the top.
My bad in not checking the outfit when I picked it up and that will be the last time I pick up an outfit the same day I need to wear it but the services performed and the customer service were horrible!!!!
This suit is only a week old and only worn twice and it looks like it aged a year! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
