Our most common service is our routine/recurring service. We will first come in and perform a deep clean on your home so when we come on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis it is easier to maintain. We also offer one time deep cleans as well as move-in/out cleaning. For those clients who need just a few areas cleaned we can offer them our hourly rate.

"We value all feedback- both positive and any that can help us grow to better serve the community. I am truly sorry you were not satisfied with the deep cleaning you received on January 5th. After reviewing your account and speaking with you via email, it seems there may have been some confusion. According to the service agreement you acknowledged on January 4th; you read and understood our policies. While it is lengthy, we have done our best to ensure everything is covered. It does state that if your home needs more time than the allotted time scheduled for your size home; then additional charges could be accrued. This does happen from time to time. However, we would call you first to see if you wanted us to complete the cleaning due to the additional charges. We did call you to inform you the cleaners would not be done at the allotted time and let you know we estimated another two labor hours to complete the job to our standard. You chose for us to leave at the end of our allotted time; therefore, your deep clean was not complete. We do work top to bottom therefore some of the baseboards were not cleaned as well as all the vacuuming and mopping and your office. We hate that we were not able to give you that precision clean due to the time constraints. We take great pride in our work and what we provide to the community and was hoping to find a way to resolve this prior. However, after your first email, you no longer communicated with us and went to social media to express your anger. We are more than happy to send someone back out at our hourly rate to complete the additional cleaning that was needed."
