They check on us, which is really good. We have heat pumps in this house. They are heat and air conditioning, but it is one unit. They are huge. We had other people give us estimates. It started at about $6,000.00, but since I wanted everything outside, he did give us a discount. Scott Phillips is terrific. He is a very kind man. Everyone on the team is caring and great. He is on our side of town, so he stops by and checks on us, makes sure that everything is okay. He listens to the machine. I did the research, the model and brand that he recommended to us is top of the line.
