I would not recommend them. The service was way overpriced.  My husband said it looked liked they hadn't done anything. It smelled better but the hair cut wasn't good. I would tell other people that their groomers are amatuers. I think they are actually just getting out of school without any experience. The first time I took him the price was good but after that it was twice as much. They wouldn't tell me why because when I picked him up, they said that the girl who took care of him was gone. The first time it was about $60.

I am done with these people! I have taken my dog 3 times there. The first time they refused to groom my female Schnauzer because the hair was really matted. Fair enough. The second time, I made sure to brush the hair and get the knots out as much as possible. I even used shears to thin her hair so that the knots could come out easy. This time, they wrote on their comments card and quot;hair mattedand quot;. The third time, I even did a more diligient job. Combed her hair, touch everywhere made sure no knots were found. I took her there, the attendant started inspecting her and said she had two knots: one on her chest and the other one between her toes. I told them that giving me grief over two knots was taking it too far. It has gotten to the point where I have to groom my dog so that it can get groomed by them. That everytime I go there, I get chastised for knots. I told them I would take my business elsewhere. It is ridiculous! I am doing practically most of their job and apparently, I don't do it good enough.

My dog does not let me cut his nails so I have to take him there and pay to get it done. They are convenient and I can just walk in for the nail trim, but I do have to wait longer for the vet.

My dog loves them, he gets kind of kiddish and excited. Once there he is quite content. Everybody knows him when he walks in. They clipped his nails, shampooed and shaved him. I will definitely use them again.
