I rented 4 different properties from Peery's over the past 10 years and have ALWAYS had a top notch experience! Their professionalism, attention to detail and prompt response to any and all situations is what made me a long term tenant! Jill, Hollis and their entire staff treat you like family and go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. Top notch service from a stellar group of people! I wouldn't hesitate to rent, buy or sell any property through them!

Peery’s PM left us without Ac in upstairs for 70 days in summer. They promised to repair deck in back yard before lease was signed. It took them months to repair deck. They had people come out to make repair who cut boards out of deck and threw the boards on the ground with nails exposed. They left it like this for months! It was completely unsafe. They took our rent check of 1300 every month. Never offered us any temporary ac unit to make upstairs usable. They never offered us any rent abatement.
