They acted as they knew what to do. Were in business a since the 90's. Explained what they were going to do and how it was to be accomplished. Made us feel comfortable in leaving the car there to be repainted. The first problem was the wrong color and no one noticed it until we mentioned it and showed them the original color inside the door. They went and got the dealer's color chart to locate the correct color.
The car should not have been painted when the color was completely wrong and checked on the correct color. They could have contacted us to see if we ever had the car painted before.
Second problem was we had to tell them the tailgate deflector was blue and now painted black.
Agreed to have the car repainted with the correct color. Went to pickup the car and noticed the runs on the tailgate overspray.
We made arrangements to have the runs and overspray removed and cleaned up. The runs were removed and some of the overspray removed.
I cleaned up the rest of the overspray.
