The gentlemen at Owen was extremely helpful. I needed privacy bushes and he was able to point out the bushes I needed after a few questions. He explained how to install them and provided the other materials necessary. He grew up a few blocks from where I lived and knew the neighborhood and environment. He warned me of a potential grass microbe that would kill my lawn. Its almost like he saw what happened to my lawn last summer. He provided me with a free soil test kit to get me the products to rectify my specific issue.
