My overall experience is excellent! On pricing, it's an A now, it wasn't in the beginning, but now it is! The price is reasonable, so I would say a B on that because I know that I can get a better deal, but I know that they're very reliable, so I'm happy with their service. I have a scheduled maintenance every other month.

On March 9, 2015 I was billed $99 for services as agreed. Here's the problem - No service was ever performed. Talked to their office today and was told Mr Welch reported he was here on March 5 from 11:49am-12:13pm. I can't believe Mr Welch didn't see or understand that there are seven security cameras that automatically record and upload toa cloud server. Mr Welch then said he was here yesterday, March 10th. Also said he was at my neighbors house across the street. Well, two cameras cover the entire front of my house including both neighbors houses across the street. There was no Orkin truck there at all that I have found.  
  
Mr Welch quickly tried to explain he could come back out but when I explained to him we were beyond that he understood he was caught.
  
I have contacted the region office in Atlanta as well as the local office. I expect to receive a refund but dont see how I could trust the local office to perform work here at all. I'll be looking for a new pest control company ASAP since my scheduled spray was NEVER DONE and the weather is warming bringing critters from their winter holes.
  
UPDATE
Just spoke to Mr Miller who is the service manager. I have been assured Mr Welch will never come to my home again so I will be staying with Orkin. In the future, I hope Mr Welch realizes that in this age of technology whether you go to a persons home or not is usually verifiable
  
UPDATE 2
Here it is Monday March 16 and nobody showed up on Thursday as promised. No body showed up Friday. Emailed Mr Miller and no response. Called Mr Miller this morning and no response. Called corporate in Atlanta which lead to a call from a higher up in Raleigh and then all of a sudden 10 minutes later the phone rings and there's Mr Miller wanting to schedule! I guess the high up in Raleigh is really someone who holds jobs in the balance. OUtstanding. Getting a refund for the service that was billed and never performed. Supposed to have someone out here in the morning from 9-10am.Have no idea if that will actually happen but I certainly hope so. With
this being the local office my problem with any future dealings is someone seems to be p***** off at me for reporting them to corporate.
  
Will I have to fight with someone to come and spray as they're supposed to? Will I have to call corporate just to get service I signed up for? As far as shaking the proverbial tree I give Orkin Corporate 5 stars. As far as the locak office being voluntarily responsive? Can't go higher than the one star they've received and unfortunately I can't go lower either. I guess tomorrow morning will tell the tale whether or not I stay with Orkin. Not looking good but I'm open minded

The Orkin man is here!!! Nice young man, plenty of eye contact and a firm handshake. Hopefully he's actually spraying pest control products and not water. Not implying they would do something like that I'm just beyond frustrated. As a stay home parent to a disabled child who cannot yell for help should a roach get on her I had an open mind about staying with Orkin should someone show up this morning which they have - Wife on the other hand? "They're fired! Find someone else!" Yes ma'am

I believe that time will tell how well the work turned out but the installation went smoothly. I found all of the representatives and installers to be very pleasant and forth coming.

I've seen the occasional cockroach but never any ants. They are very courteous and professional. They go above and beyond to help you out with scheduling and are very respectful of the entire family.

We have been happy with their service. They do a good job and they are always professional and courteous. If you ask them they are always willing to explain what they are doing and why. If you call them for something specific they are generally pretty quick about it.

We are extremely happy with them.  Our service guy is very courteous and works with our schedule.  He does everything to our needs and they are just a wonderful company to work with. Whenever we have had any mixups in the past they have gone out of their way to make it better.

I spent $440 per year for that service and that is quite good.  I feel that the pricing is good and being a nationwide company, I have confidence in them.  They also seem to be very knowledgeable.  They send the same technician, which is on the plus side.  That way I get to know who is coming and also I don't have to tell them where the bait stations are.  I would what others to know that they are very fairly priced and that they can get a bait station contract instead of having another company come and put chemicals into their soil.  They have certain bait stations, so if they detect termite activity, then they may use the chemicals unlike other companies that just spray chemicals in my yard.

The technician that we have is very professional.  He always calls ahead of time to let us know that he is coming.  He always does a good job.
