Janice was my hairdresser. I was placed under a dryer to let my hair dry after the permanent waving solution was removed rather than having my hair blown dry. The hairdresser stated she was just going to snip off some dead ends. I noticed when I got home that my hair was considerably shorter but, at first, I thought it was because adding the curl to it made it shrink slightly. I waited three days to shampoo my hair as instructed and discovered that I have no curl. Basically, it seems that I got a perm and then it was cut back out of my hair! I didn't need a hair cut. I had just had a hair cut about a week before I went in there. That is why I had to get a new perm since all of the old one was cut out. Before I went in to get this perm I had a enough hair on my neck to turn under with a curling iron. Now my hair is cut right up to the hair line in back and uneven all over.

A lady named Janet does my hair. I have no problems with them. When I call them they will walk me in. They take walk inns or I can even make an appointment and they will be waiting for me. The place is very clean. They even have a tanning place and a gift shop where I can buy purses, scarfs and jewelry. They always have a fifteen minute gap between appointments in case the appointments run over a little bit. They have time to pitch me in and if they are running late they will reschedule me or even stay back late that night to do my hair. Their prices are awesome. They even do men's hair.
