This was the second time they have bailed me out of a bad situation. As an army wife I am used to being alone.....and every thing goes wrong when my husband is gone! It was a 100 degree sunday when the AC broke and the repair man on duty at MSR rushed over and had everything up and working in about 1 hour. Even with the extra Sunday charge I thought the price was very good.
