Horrible! The double gate doesn't measure up to the size specified. The fence was attached with paneling nails. The brace for the heavy double gate is nothing more than a piece of the actual privacy fence itself. Because of this, the gate will not properly close, making it useless to keep my dogs inside. They refused to fix it when asked. Will cost me $1000 to have it rebuilt right, by someone else of course. PLEASE Don't waste your money.

Okay so I have waited a couple weeks to write this to cool off from being completely livid. I wouldn't even give them one star. We had this fence put in the week of dec. 19 (after waiting almost a month for them to put it in)5 weeks later its started bowing and warping terribly, so bad that pickets starting falling off. I tried calling the company only to get get an email back stating we should just replace the pickets. I asked for someone to come out and look SINCE it was only 5 weeks old! they later on never returned my calls. my husband tried calling for them to only hang up on him. they don't stand behind their work. they clearly use bad product. the gates don't work properly like that should. my double back gate has warped to bad it doesn't stay closed. the fact that picks literally fall right fall is utterly annoying. i wouldn't recommend this company at all. Its sad that they don't care enough about they company or the work they put out there.

I had mossy oak fence come and put in a 12' gate for me. They of course would not warranty the gate against sagging which is understandable and acceptable. However, what is not acceptable is trim nails for the planks. 6 months later the planks are falling off. I contacted them and asked if they would fix it. I was told no. Sent pictures of the nails, that are not galvanized, standard for outside, to which I was told that was a "crackhead standard". They also left the white tags on the bottom of the planks, so I get to enjoy picking them up from the yard randomly. I encourage everyone to see their F BBB rating.

Provider arrived as scheduled.  It was a cold and drizzling day.  Provider completed job and left large piles of dirt and concrete around each fence post.  I was told, "don't worry" these will wash away.  I called them back two weeks later and they came out and told my wife that these piles were only dirt and there wasnt anything for them to do about it..  Now, 6 weeks after job was done, I have to pay someone else to clean up this mess after paying $3400 to Mossy Oak for a job NOT done well. In addition, they left plastic pieces all over the yard.  The person answering the phone. Colleen, was very nice when we set up the job but was just the opposite when we called about the dirt piles and need for them to clean it up.

Initially I was thrilled as Mossy Oak had an easy estimate process and fit us in quickly. I had planned to use them to fence the perimeter of our13 acres after the smaller job but then everything went wrong. I asked the person who did the estimate who was named Michael several times if the no climb wire would be tight and showed them a picture of our previous fence and we were assured the wire would be tightly fitted to the fence. He told me to request the tractor supply brand for the best gauge so I did this when I placed the final order and was told that Lowes had a stronger gauge that they would use and I didnt have to worry. When I inspected the fence the day it was installed I requested more staples be put into the fence to secure the wire. The two men working named Brandon and another person I can't remember, complained about the heat and being hot and dehydrated. They put in maybe half a dozen more staples then left me with a box of staple to finish the rest myself. For $3,300 I find that ridiculous. That's what I paid them for. The day after the fence was put in the wooden gate they built fell apart and the wire started sagging. We called and were told by Michael that he would send the original two workers out to fix the gate and wire. When they arrived the stated they could only fix the gate. Since then we have had half a dozen phone calls with the manager named Travis. He stated that the wire used is not a strong enough gauge to have it stretched tightly to the wooden fence when we told him that we specifically requested this at each step of the process and were told it wasn't a problem he suggested we buy additional materials for them to install. He stated he would send workers out again to add more staples to the existing fence but we have not heard from him since, no workers have been sent and our phone calls are not being answered or returned. It's disappointing that we hired a company who reported all their work was under warranty for five years only to find they won't stand by their work or word and fix a fence that started having issues the day after they installed it. Should they contact us and make this right I will gladly change my review but it appears we have been taken advantage of by a company with no morals or work ethic. We are researching other companies to finish fencing the rest of our property. Had the fence and service been better we would have given Mossy Oak that job too.

These gentleman were a pleasure to work with during the process. Mike was very helpful and easy to contact the entire time. The installation team came out as scheduled and their work was very thorough. They took their time while they worked and cleaned up after themselves. I am happy with my fence and the craftsmanship that went into the fence. They had the materials delivered from Lowes a day prior to the install. The crew used standard pressure treated wood and new hardware for the install. I had an 8' double gate on the main side of my house and a walk through 4' gate on the opposite side for convenience. I must say the fence is pretty impressive and I am a very happy camper. I would definitely recommend Mossy Oak Fence Company to any of my family and friends looking to get a fence installed. Again, it was a great experience and I am happy as can be now that I have my professionally installed privacy fence. Thank you.
