We own five rentals and our primary. MLS is our go to company for all plumbing needs. You name it, they've done it. And if it wasn't done right (one time) they have no problem owning up and doing it again...no charge.

Two gentlemen showed up and asked about the problem then did their assessment.  It took 1.5 hours and a trip or two under the house to get rid of the clog.  They also removed the stopper so I could eliminate future clogs.  I've had zero problems since, and it is nice to be able to take a shower without standing in water.

It was excellent. This was my second time to use them. I like their efficiency. They came in, did what they were supposed to do, cleaned up their mess and that was it.

The entire process took one morning and was quick and professional. I will definitely be calling MLS plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

My house had 2 hot water heaters, one of which was in the attic and the other was in the basement operated by gas. MLS removed the attic unit and then replaced the basement unit with an electric and ran new plumbing lines so that one hot water heater would service both bathrooms. They did an excellent job in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend

Michael Smith is a very knowledgeable plumber. He installed a recirculator on our hot water heater which now allows us to get instant hot water in the bathrooms where before we had to run the water for minutes before it got hot. He also replaced 2 outside faucets. Michael and his team were prompt, courteous, and professional. They know their jobs and are fast workers. I will be using MLS Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

They gave an estimated time of arrival and called when they were going to be a few minutes behind, listened to the problem without interruption and immediately went out to assess the situation. Put me at ease by communicating clearly throughout the process as they checked through possible problems. What we thought was going to be a huge problem with piping size ended up being two smaller separate problems -- a faulty/broken faucet in the sink and an undetermined problem with the washing machine - however they were able to show me that water pressure TO the machine was more than sufficient. They installed a new faucet and made sure everything was clean and the way they found it when they came out. Very professional and courteous team. Their prices are industry standard... they weren't cheap, but they weren't overpriced either. Frankly I'd rather pay someone what they deserve and get impeccable service than to go with something less expensive and have to have it fixed again later.

They were really good at what they do. Mike Smith is the owner. They were very professional and they didn't leave a big mess. When they took out the bathroom vanity, they didn't tell me about the missing wall behind it. They didn't know but I wish they would have told me because a home improvement guy works with them and I would have had him fix it when they were here. I was surprised at the price for everything they did. I'm going to use them again.

I could clearly identify who they were when they came to the door. They were responsive, reliable, and had a good price. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed me the parts so I knew they weren't doing any more work than they had to. I will use them again in the future.

Work done promptly and yard put back in order when completed. Very pleased with this company and will use again.
