Lighting Service
Now, we are even HAPPIER with Mid-South Lighting. All of our lights and fans have performed beautifully, save for one fan that a wire came loose in, causing a "ticking" noise. We attempted to disassemble the fan to repair it, but the motor housing cannot be opened. I visited Mid-South with the motor in hand to see if they might have a tool to help me, or could assist me in ordering a replacement part. Instead, Chris provided us with a completely NEW fan, and asked only that I return a part of the housing with the manufacturing information on it. He gave me the new fan on the spot. I did not even have the info he needed with me. He let me bring it back later. I am blown away by such wonderful customer service!!
Also, while I was in the Mid-South store, I checked the price of the fan in case we had to buy a new one. The price in store was $9.00 less that what we had seen online for the exact same fan.
