Merry Maids of Fayetteville

Wonderful company. Have been providing maid service to both my home and my son's home in Fayetteville for over a year.
They are really thorough and complete. Do a great job every time. Especially Amanda and Haslet(?) who have really helped clean my home which needed extensive cleaning. My grandosn has lots of toys and they are really great at making them organized and easy to use.  I love them.

I am satisfied with their work but not overly satisfied. They are always  here whenever they say they would be here. They have great ladies. They are very personable which goes a long way with me. This may be the reason that I still hire them. They are very nice and good. They are good to my dogs and good to my children. They are friendly and dependable. My house is not huge but their price is excellent.  

I was happy with their services for the most part but they left some dirty water in my bathtub and there was some stuff that needed to be dusted off. I was put off by that. They did not want to touch my dishes either. Other than that, they were pretty decent. I felt that the price was a little bit high for what they did in an hour.

I was not at home when the work was done, but when I returned home from work the floors looked pretty good.  I was expecting better since the company claims to clean floors by hand.  The counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms were not very clean, and all the mirrors looked beautiful except one.  The mirror over my dresser actually looked worse after Merry Maids left than before it was cleaned.  They obviously dusted around objects, rather than picking them up because there were dusty areas still present around pictures and lamps.  The worst part was that I discovered two pieces of my jewelry were missing.  The jewelry was there the night before Merry Maids came to the house, but gone after they left.  I initially accused my children of taking the jewelry, and turned my house upside down to find the missing necklace and bracelet.  The jewelry was nowhere to be found.  I called the manager and reported the missing jewelry.  She was helpful and sympathetic, encouraging me to file a police report, but she never offered to refund my money.  She did offer to send more people to my house to clean it to my satisfaction, but I refused since I already had two pieces of jewelry missing.  My husband, who is currently deployed, heard about the problems and actually called the manager.  She told my husband that she would refund the money immediately, but that was a week and a half ago and still no refund.  I have filed a police report, and I am waiting for Merry Maids to provide me with the names and addresses of the women who cleaned my house, so I can file charges against them for larceny.  I am also waiting for Merry Maids to provide me with the contact information for their insurance company, so I can file a claim to compensate me for the lost jewelry.  Needless to say, I am having to change my locks and find a trustworthy person to clean my house.

I guess I already did that.

They do a pretty good cleaning job. They usually come out in the morning when I'm at work, so it's not a hassle and I don't have to rearrange my schedule at all.
