When my goods got to NC, Mayflower unloaded everything. They were pretty rough with my items, I watched them and I was very nervous. One big thing was my daughters dresser. As he moved it into my daughters bedroom, I noticed the board on the bottom was broken but I figured I could just pull it off and still use it. He set it on it's side, then tilted it forward. All drawers came crashing out and broke into pieces, there was no way to repair it. I had just paid $250 for the dresser 6 weeks before the move! The man still tried to pit it in the closet, along with all of the broken pieces. What idiot puts broken items with sharp pieces in a childs room? This guy apparently. I had told them in the beginning, if anything was broken, then it needs to go on the right side of the garage. My daughter also had a night stand that was an antique stand that had been my grandmothers. They broke the leg and there was a huge sharp wood shard in it's spot. The guy still put it in my daughters room (I didn't know it was broken until la little later) and tried to hide the broken part in the corner. What kind of person puts a child in danger just to save his own butt by hiding his mistakes and avoid taking responsibility for damage he's caused? The fact that they did it twice within minutes of each other...there is no words to describe how low that is. Good thing I know to inspect everything. There were damages to other items, but they get the back burner because I'm more focused on the fact that they didn't care that a child could get hurt due to their negligence. Don't hire these people unless you want broken sharp objects to be hidden in your childs room. Well over $1k in damages, but there is no price on my daughters safety.

It was horrible. Several items were broken.  The customer service was not great.

There was absolutely no issues. Everything arrived. They picked up and delivered my belongings all on time.

I had to go with the lowest bidder for the new company I was just hired with. We had a good experience with this company.

My company paid for my move. With the move two movers showed up and all i had to do is show them the rooms I needed to move and they did all the rest without any complaints or problems. I moved from Milwaukee to Fayetteville NC and they worked around my schedule when a good time to drop off all the furniture. They wrapped and blanketed anything that could be scratched and when they dropped off all my furniture they even helped me put togeather my bed. EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!!!

The movers were professional. Would use again!

Overall, Mayflower did a great job.

The arm on one of my chairs came loose. One of the Mayflower guys took the time to fix it just right. I was impressed with that. He did not have to do that. I was really pleased with Mayflower. They were punctual and they did a great job for me.

THEY GOT US MOVED ON TIME AND WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY WERE PRETTY CAREFUL WITH OUR THINGS. I DID COME ACROSS SOMETHING BROKEN, BUT IT WAS PROBABLY NOT THEIR FAULT. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SENT ME A FORM TO FILL OUT, BUT MY HUSBAND FIXED IT.
