MASTERGREEN HORTICULTURAL SVC

It took over a year for Mastergreen to repair the dead spot in our lawn.  By the time they figured out what the problem was the dead spot had spread to three spots in the lawn.  We also had them for our tree service.  The two trees we had planed in out front year in 2009 are now dead.  In fact Mastergreen actually sprayed the trees after one of the trees was already dead and the other was dying.  We had to point out that one tree was dead and the other was dying.  The last time I talked to the manager he agreed to remove the trees.  A week later the trees were still there so we discontinued all relationships with Mastergreen.  We have had the worst customer service experience with Mastergreen.  In the 12+ months we had Mastergreen service my wife called to speak to the manager at least 8 times.  She was told that the manager was not in and he would call her back.  That call back usually did not happen.  I ended up having to stop into their office to speak to the manager. The manager would say they would be out to do the work today or tomorrow.  That work would not happen and I would have to visit the office again.  One time My wife called Mastergreen to speak to the manager was, like always, told the manager was not in.  While she was still on teh phone with the receptionist I stop into the office and talk with the manager.  He was in and my wife was told he was out.
