Excellent!! Excellent!!! I am so pleased. With my husband away, i need reliable service and the guy was very courteous and he was on time and it probably took him less than an hour for something that i thought was going to take hours and cost me way more money. And they were able to schedule me in before Christmas.

Consultation, installation and follow-up went smoothly and professionalism. The expected wait time for special order was projected date, receptionist kept us informed when asked questions. When keypad installation was completed, it was not exact as we ordered so installer contacted fellow employee and situation solved in same day.

The company responded promptly for an estimate, which took a bit of figuring out because the door is so old. He estimated a $200 total. He returned after the weekend and spent about an hour repairing the door. He charged us $150--below the estimate. We are pleased not only with the price, but also with the honesty and professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to call the company again.

I have used this company before and they were top notch. My latest experience was not as great. I had a very difficult time getting the repair technician out to my house on time. I would call throughout the day to ensure everything was progressing as planned, and I would be told not to worry the tech is on his way. I would wait patiently and the tech wouldn't show. After realizing the tech was a no show I called the office which was after regular hours but never received a return call despite an emergency service option offered. This happened three times. When I was able to get the tech out to my house the service was terrific. I explained the problem to the tech and he diagnosed the solution within 30 minutes. He made the necessary repairs and recommended some preventative services I could opt for. I was extremely happy with the service, and courtesy of the tech once he arrived. I would recommend this company because they do have quality technicians, but beware they are not prompt.

When I noticed that my garage door would work I called Marvin Allen Door Company and the were able to send someone out that day to repair my opener. Matthew showed up and he was super polite and fixed my problem with in 30 mins. They are a great company from the ladies that make appts to the guys that install and repair. We had also used them in Nov to replace a garage door. Will always recommend and use this company!

We have two garage doors, one had popped its springs. The worker fit us in his schedule and came out on the day we called (we wanted it fixed before we left for vacation), we asked him to fix the broken door and for preventive sake to change the springs on the other door as well. He did that, then he oiled both doors and made sure they both worked. He also educated my husband on the springs, and what he could do for preventive care and what to look for in upcoming wear and tear on the doors. HIs price was reasonable.

Their response was immediate. They fixed it and we haven't had any problems since. We've been happy. Their quality and professionalism is great. I would use them again in the future.

Our automatic garage door would open, but not close. It was bowing slightly, enough to keep it from closing unless one of us could push up on it while it was trying to ride the track to come down.
We were referred to Marvin Allan Doors. The price, prompt response, and professionalism were all excellent. (We had called another company with great ratings, but their estimate started about $100 over our cost with this one). It's been 3 weeks since he came to fix it and the garage door is working great. We are very happy with the service and would highly, highly recommend to anyone.
