The engineer that designed the '07 Volvo XC70 did an awful job, so i need to bring my car in to get the headlamps changed. Expensive..Volvo cars should reimburse every XC70 owner, but i digress..Leith Volvo fits me in at the last minute, and gets it done fast, AND they wash my car. I bring my car here for EVERY service, and I get a service loaner, and they do an excellent job. When i have had to wait, they get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleasant people to deal with, excellent customer service.

Absolutely love the people and quality of work done here. The repair division is always punctual, very informative and professional. This is not the first time I've had repairs here done, and they are great about ordering parts and being honest with their customers. I've always waited for the repairs in store, and they've done them in a timely manner with a nice waiting area. Paul is my favorite mechanic!

I thought Volvo was a luxury car and that we would receive better service. I am always able to get in for appointments, but thought with it being Volvo; they would go above and beyond. I don’t get a courtesy car and have to have someone pick up when I am there.
