We stopped by to look at the truck a few days prior, and then called in with an offer on a used vehicle. They returned with a counter offer the following day, and we went in to complete the purchase. The sales rep provided on-on-one service and full details on the vehicle down to how to pair our phone. The purchase took and lt; 2 hours to complete.

The service is professional and on time, but pricey.

They where very nice and quick service take my car there all the time.

When we were driving from New York to Florida, a sensor indicated our car was having difficulty. just outside of Fayetteville, NC.
We called our New York service station and they referred us to Layfayette Ford. We contacted them, they took us right in and performed all the necessary computer checks right away even though they were very busy. They had us back on our way swiftly.
As it was late in the afternoon, they would have provided transportation to lodging had it been necessary.

You can go to Lafayette Ford without an appointment to get the oil changed. You're usually in and out pretty quick. However, they are constantly telling me I need new tires that I've already replaced with them before.

I called them and I was in and out within an hour. They sent a letter a week later to see if I liked the service and to tell me about any specials that were coming up, which I appreciated. They were professional and quick and gave me recommendations and explained everything to me. I would rate them overall an A.

They constantly call me to follow up on my sale; just to see how I am doing. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything went smooth. I will use them again in the future.
