KEN'S MUFFLER & AUTO REPAIR

I brought my car to this facility around the 1st of April. I had already bought all the parts I needed to replace my A/C system. All I needed was a competent mechanic to put the parts on. They kept my car for four days before finally claiming that it was "ready". After paying these crooks, I went to crank up my car and to my everlasting horror, the car, which had been running PERFECTLY when I brought it to these incompetent clowns, was now running like a **** tractor. It skipped, it sputtered, it backfired, finally just shutting off. I immediately went back inside the shop and asked the "mechanic" (for want of a better word), who had supposedly done the work, just what was wrong with my car. This ******* shrugged his shoulders and claimed he didn't know what was wrong with it and "suggested" that I take my car to the dealership. Can you believe this crap? To add insult to injury, my air conditioning system, which these scam artists were supposed to have replaced, wasn't even working. I had to pay the dealership $800.00 to fix and undo what these inept, incompetent, DUMMIES had done; that on top of the $350 I had paid these "jacklegs". I had to end up suing this Ken's Muffler Shop, and even then I was only able to recoup about $450. Now, I see that they are "rated" with an A+ on this website. My unequivocal response to that is BULLPUCKY!! These lying, incompetent CLOWNS don't deserve an F MINUS!! NEVER take your car to this lousy so-called "shop".

Great service! Very fast! Brought it in at 12:30 in the afternoon and got it back at 3 o'clock same day. Only $35 to diagnose the problem. Cheapest I found. Did not nickel and dime me at all. I was expecting a very expensive fix and he called me and told me and told the total cost was $85!! Very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

The people are friendly and they will remember you if you're a repeat customer.

Prompt, professional and trustworthy service for my son's 1998 Camry with a complicated catalytic system. Toyota quoted us more than one thousand dollars with the disclaimer that it may not clear the catalytic codes indicated by warning lights. Kens fixed it in one day and the warning lights have not lit in more than 3 weeks of daily driving. Great job and great price!

Purchased an RV that was missing a tailpipe. I called Ken's in the morning, they said bring it after lunch. I showed up at 12:30 and it was done in just a couple of hours. Professional, friendly, and reasonable.

Ken's is the best! I would trust them with any repair or problem that I have with any of my vehicles. We have gone there more than once and been told that there is nothing that needs done AND there is no charge. The dealership charges over $100 for a diagnostic and Ken's will do it for free.

They showed up early to pick up the car and the price was extremely reasonable.

Walked in, scheduled an appointment for a muffler replacement. Described a squeak coming from the serpentine belt. Came back on day scheduled and all work was completed in about two hours. People at the front desk were friendly and eager to help. Walked through all work performed and described the error code from the check engine light diagnostic. They performed the check for free and wrote the error code down on the receipt in case I wanted to get the error fixed at another location. Personnel have been working there for a long time and are very knowledgable. Would recommend for muffler work in the future.
