Not very well.. Happy to take your money and recommend warranty for repairs and sizing "FOR LIFE"!!!! Products purchased proved to be of very shabby workmanship, but was purchased in their "special blue section", which you'd think would be of much better quality. My purchases required an inspection be performed by Kay every 6 months. For the amount invested I made sure I never missed one, and because of the quality I went in before it was ever due. I went in and more than noted they were not as welcoming, and smiley once I'd purchased. No, you will not receive any smiles or giggles (no matter their position in store) for a warranty inspection visit. Dare you, "stop by and clean it up" while you're in the mall! DO NOT be fooled by their HIGH END, SPECIALLY LABELED, BRIGHTLY COLORED sections. Will they stand behind their jewelry?, is what you should be asking yourself. Believe me from bottom to top once you hand over the money, you're done....For a pair of cheap earrings, maybe....not your engagement or wedding band!!!!
