What he quoted was not what he sent me on the email. When i did speak with him he were on track for the correct price and promised to come the following week. The estimate was done on oct 31. He never showed up, he didn't call, i made a call to him and texted him. I asked him what was going on with the yard. He said they got behind and he would be there this week Monday. I told him no that was not good enough. Communication is a key and I will go with another landscaper but he since he mowed the front yard, i would be willing to pay for that. He quoted me $50 i told him id give him $35. He told me never mind. He never touched the backyard. He said never mind we had a deal, we never had a deal. You have to have communication with your customers.
