Called to have company come check out the air conditioner they installed just a year ago. Part under warranty labor not. Lady on phone tried to talk me out of having them come as it had been hot outside and wanted to save me money. Convinced her to send someone out. Found coil was bad coil and no freon in unit. Billed me $170. Could not tell me when the repair would be made that someone would call call me. Sure enough they called told me I had to pay up front $1240 then they would order the part. Two weeks minus 1day and the finally installed part. Kept calling to see about part and was told it was coming from outside the US. (Really?). Guy came to fix the coil brought me a copy if the receipt. Where they ran my credit card but no bill for parts and labor. Sorry u will have to call the office for that. Really? Called the office. Two days later I got the copy of the bill. $ 440 Flat rate labor, for les.s that 1.5 hrs of work, $700 something gor freon and to make the bill come out $150. For miscellenous parts Really? The two techs were great, nice, pleasant, friendly and quick.

Kenny Jones is the electrician and he is the best electrician. I spent about $50 for the last service. He is always punctual. He is a good electrician. I have other rental houses and friends of mine who have used him on their houses. He is excellent. I would use his services in the future too.

They did excellent work. They are very reasonable.
