I didn't like their work. The old sprayer was really long and could reach almost to the floor, but they didn't have one on them. I had requested before they left to bring back one that size, but when they came back they had a shorter one and I told them it wasn't what I had. They told me it was and I said it wasn't and so I just let it go. I'm up in age, so it's hard to lift a bucket out of the sink down to the floor and that was the reason I wanted to keep it the way it was. It's still together so I guess it's decent. They came out the next day after I called them and were pretty quick.
