Jack Wright Piano Service

Mr Wright provides great service . They arrived 15 mins prior to our appt time and very efficiently and professionally moved our piano for us. I would definitely recommend his services.

He was very prompt, friendly, and professional. He clearly loves his job. He brought his dog, which was a plus in my opinion. We live in the country and she played with my dogs. But let him know if this is not to your taste.

I was very pleased with everything. Jack was very punctual and professional. I have had other businesses in the area not returning my phone calls (needing other repairs) but I never had this problem with Jack. He and his team took great care in treating my piano like it was one of their own. I would HIGHLY recommend Jack and his company!!

Jack shows up on time, is very professional and takes great care when moving the piano. I have a large grand piano and have used Jack on two different occasions. He takes his time when tuning a piano and ensures that the sound is correct. When I was moving out of the house it was very tricky to get the piano out of the house. They never scratched the instrument and took great care to ensure it had no scruff marks while moving it around corners. Jack is the only one I will let move my piano in Fayetteville.

Jack Wright did a great job on tuning our (two) pianos. He was punctual, professional and his actual cost was right in line with his estimate. I would use him again.

Called Mr. Wright for in-home piano tuning as a Mother's Day present for my mother-in-law. He had an availability same-day, and drove right up. My MIL was very pleased. He is professional, cordial, and friendly. He even answered some of her questions about the origin of her piano. I will be hiring him to tune my piano in my home as well.

It was the first time the piano had been moved since it was installed so we were nervous about moving it. His professionalism and attention to detail soothed our fears. He padded and strapped the piano securely so it would not move and stored it in an upright position in a bedroom. When he returned to reinstall it ,he layed cardboard down on our newly refinished floors to protect them when he rolled the piano back to the living room on a dolly. After the piano was set back up and retuned it was as if it had never been moved. We were very pleased and would highly recommend his services.

I purchased a piano from a private owner in Lumberton. Jack Wright Piano Services delivered it to Fayetteville and set it up in my home. He took great care in making sure that it was not damaged. I paid $275.00 for this service which covered insurance for any damages. Jack Wright is also an excellent piano tuners, so it was very convenient to have the piano delivered and tuned by the same service provider. The tuning fee was $100.00. Jack Wright tunes the pianos for the Snyder Music Academy. I am very satisfied.
