Had to discontinue services. The technician destroyed part of my front flower bed (which could be an accident) but instead bringing it to my wife's attention he masked it from her and entertained her with some stupid ghost story. Next morning when I contact the office, the manager did not wanted to work with because that tech was one of his most experienced workers. Perhaps but not professional enough to be accountable for this acction.

When you have a problem with pests, they come out free of charge. They've only been out once. The gentleman explained what he was putting around the house and how long it will last, the specifics to the chemicals that they were using. I haven't had any problems since I started using them.

They have been very good about coming out to check the traps. I got a discount on the termite service because I'm a regular customer. They are a little bit high on the price. They are very punctual.

They have tubes put into my wall and they shoot the pesticides inside of the wall instead of coming inside of the house. They come on time and do their work and they provide good quality service.

Brian the tech is an awesome employee who is very knowledgeable of all services. He always calls and sets up appointments and is on time all the time. I am very pleased with their service and if I have any issues between services such as ants or a bee hive, or any new pests, I can call Brian and he will come right out to fix it. A great company that I will keep for years to come.

They are very available and our technician gave me his personal contact information. If there is a problem they come right out and treat it. They inserted tubes when we built our house so we don't have to be here for them to do treatments, but they leave a detailed report on what work was performed.
